Large fitness center. Can get busy during the standard busy times for the gym. I was here when they rolled out the 24/7 access program. I was allowed to enroll even though I was only TDY to Lackland.... more
Been going to this gym for about 2 years already and now my son has started going with me at 4am every morning and the staff is friendly and helpful it's a good place to go and work out but the only thing is that you get those guys that start yelling while they are lifting the weights and wish they would tell them guys something.... more
This place is freaking big and the pool is as big as this place but most of all the hot tub really clean and hot the way it should be... but the only draw down is the locker room and shower area are really small.... more
I love Planet Fitness. Even during peak hours, I rarely have to wait to use a machine or equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful, facility is always clean . Parking is abundant and handicap accessible.... more
Nice little gym besides the Two trainers that hog this gym! They leave weights all over, take 2-3 benches up at a time leave empty energy drinks on equipment. Hard to get a decent workout in due to this.... more
Deceptive billing and cancellation practices. Even if you follow the 30 day notice rule they will continue to bill you and simply put the blame off on whoever was working that day or that the corporate office messed up.... more
Horrible experience. I singed up for personal training at this location. The first trainer talks more than she train, one day she trained me for literally 10 minutes and then she said that we are done.... more

Went to work out today for an hour, they have so many machines! Aerobic classes and pool classes to they also have a track around the machines which I thought was pretty cool. Over all a great experience!.... more
Outdated equipment. Not really enough room. Not too crowded though. Very friendly staff. Not bad equipment , 24/7 access for members, can't take your shirt off and it gets pretty hot in there during summer.... more
I had a membership at this gym for a few years which then led me to signing up for a trainer. The gym overall, was fine. No complaints with the gym. My one star is mainly for the training sessions.... more
