Dale Londos is amazing. He's a super athlete so he gets it. I've been to him for a few things, plantar fasciitis, quad strain, IT band, foot pain in general. Been dealing with knee issues and physical therapy and ortho keep telling me to do stretches and strengthening exercises.... more
