I have attended physical therapy for back and shoulder problems since 2014. Presently, I am attending therapy for shoulder surgery some months ago. My experience at Pyramid Plaza with Dr. Mendez has been great! She is a wonderful, caring, and knowledgable physical therapist. She takes her time in explaining the rehab process during therapy and answers all my questions. She makes it easier for me to see the progress I am making in therapy. Also, Lynn was very helpful, informative, and assisted me with my paperwork. I'm fortunate to receive therapy in a relaxing atmosphere at Pyramid Plaza. Thank you to everyone.
I have just had 4 therapy sessions but already seeing some progress. The staff here is great from Lynn at the front desk to the physical therapists. You can tell they truly love their job. They are all very knowledgeable and give helpful advice and exercises to help you along your progress when at home. They are very attentive during each session to make sure you are performing the exercises correctly. I highly recommend this place.
My primary physician referred me to Pyramid about three years ago and hands down I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am currently going for core strength training but this time I asked my doctor to refer me because I knew they could get me where I need to be. The sessions are innovative and the personal attention is not comparable to any other PT facility in San Antonio.

I've been visiting Pyramid Plaza for a few months now and it's been fantastic. The therapists are great. Every time I go, Fiorella and Cindy (the therapists) make me feel totally comfortable. I, like many people, was nervous about going to physical therapy, but as soon as I got there I knew I was in great hands. The visits are challenging, but extremely effective. My hip has seen solid and steady improvement since I started going. Seriously, I can't recommend Pyramid Plaza enough. It's been awesome.

I am so thankful my shoulder doctor sent me to Pyramid Plaza for treatment. Cindy and Fiorela are excellent physical therapists, and everyone on the staff is kind and caring. Now that my shoulder treatment is complete, I am continuing at Pyramid Plaza with their Pilates program. They make exercising fun!
Excellent, experienced, high quality therapists. Other PTs failed me in the past, but this one is amazingly helpful. I have chronic back issues due to scoliosis and a long spinal fusion that was done years ago. I am so thankful for Pyramid Plaza and their rehabilitation through Pilates. I went from unbearable pain with lots of physical limitations to fully functional, normal, and drug free! I recommend this place to everyone I know. Couldn't be happier!!!

I love this place! I started out here as a PT patient with Dr. Cindy, who was awesome in both her personal caring and professional approach. I always looked forward to my PT appointments. Now I come once a week for Pilates class.
The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and encouraging, and genuinely wants each client to get stronger and healthier. Try it!

Amazing place for Physical Therapy AND Pilates! The staff is great; very knowledgeable and helpful. They're big on one-on-one patient care, so you're getting their full attention! The two physical therapists there are also certified pilates instructors and teach great classes and privates!
Overall A+ experience!
Pyramid Plaza has improved my quality of life. The staff is very helpful and concerned. Cindy has made it possible for me to continue to live a full life. I would suggest that you go nowhere else but Pyramid Plaza!!

I've been taking Pilates and undergoing ocassional physical therapy at Pyramid Plaza Physical Therapy for over three years. I cannot say enough about the high quality and caring services preformed by all of the therapists. San Antonio is quite fortunate to have such a highly professional group of people caring for us. They keep you strong, flexible and healthy.
