Awesome instruction!
This is the first time I have ever reviewed anything, but I had to share with you my awesome experience at this incredible establishment! This gym is top notch!!! I've been to many other similar gyms and fitness centers but I have never found one that made me feel like this one did. First off, the trainers are awesome they're tough they'll put you through the wringer !
But you will never feel so satisfied after you finish a session like you do here. Second: the staff, always glad and cheerful, happy to see you! Place is always clean and kept up. I can ramble on all day with kudos for these guys. With that being said all I can say is if you're serious about getting in or staying in shape look no further. Don't waste you're time or money elsewhere. Club K.O. is where it's at!
