Large fitness center. Can get busy during the standard busy times for the gym. I was here when they rolled out the 24/7 access program. I was allowed to enroll even though I was only TDY to Lackland.... more

Deceptive billing and cancellation practices. Even if you follow the 30 day notice rule they will continue to bill you and simply put the blame off on whoever was working that day or that the corporate office messed up.... more
Horrible experience. I singed up for personal training at this location. The first trainer talks more than she train, one day she trained me for literally 10 minutes and then she said that we are done.... more

Went to work out today for an hour, they have so many machines! Aerobic classes and pool classes to they also have a track around the machines which I thought was pretty cool. Over all a great experience!.... more
Outdated equipment. Not really enough room. Not too crowded though. Very friendly staff. Not bad equipment , 24/7 access for members, can't take your shirt off and it gets pretty hot in there during summer.... more
Juan has helped me loose weight. However i was very determined to loose wait too. Sometimes my credit card is overcharged more than what you expect , Charges late payment fees for no reason, lot of unknown charges.... more
Strictly about the basketball court... Its nice that its a 94 foot court but... This court is in DIRE NEED of routine cleaning and a re-finish every once in a while wouldn't hurt either.... more

Worst money I have ever spent ! 5000.00 later and I look the same. Dr Sherry is a nice woman and she redid my procedures after I had no results. procedure is extremely painful and I was hesitant to do it again but she assured me she could fix it.... more

Not only is this place almost impossible to spot in the shopping center but we got there and they were not open during business hours. Judging from previous reviews, this is not uncommon.... more
Okay gym. Not every Golds has a steam room tho. Also, I think they should offer 3/4 day a week prices to those who don't need 7 day a week workout. It's okey dokey. Whatch out for creepy men, I heard there was a guy caught fondling ladies at different Gold Gyms in this rape class I took my daughter to.... more

Nothing against this gym location in particular, just more frustrated at gold's gym in general. It is not easy to cancel your membership. I canceled my membership in December, my last payment was January, so I should have been in the clear .... more
Great gym. Did my sprint training there.. Place is quiet and decent clean. Maybe men areas could use a little more spot cleaning as well as some corners of the machines and floor where you can see dirt collecting there.... more
