Very friendly environment and staff. Different equipment to work with. However, I just wish the group fitness classes were more aligned with the child watch hours. It is split in a weird way to where I have so few options.... more

I worked out here once and I couldn't stop burping all day afterwords. It completely ruined the movie I took my wife to. I wouldn't advise lifting here if you don't want to feel gassy afterwards.... more
Wonderful place to hear fat cells screaming in torment! I've lost ten pounds and gained alot of muscle there.. It gets the job done. Its an older gym but it has almost everything you'd need.... more
Great facility, nice and clean with an indoor track. Plenty of machines as well as free weights. Clean space with several cardio and weight machines. Has peak times where it is super crowded but if you can find the slow times you practically have the whole place to yourself.... more
Liked the open feel to it, just there is a lot of debris and piping that's cut low, but still not out of harms way, great walking trails tho, just be there before dark, no lighting.... more

Friendly staff! Free weights and weight machine areas are really compressed together but the indoor basketball courts are really nice.. Estevan and Karin are the best zumba instructors! The Zumba instructor Alejandra during the day is hard to follow and she does most of the classes.... more

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The Union has something for everyone! Strength / endurance training , yoga , Pilates and so much more. They even offer kids yoga once a month and my kids truly enjoyed the experience as well.... more

I've been an member since 2013 and overall its an meh gym. I really don't know why people leave great reviews on this gym. The cardio machines are old and in very bad shape, and takes them two weeks for them to be repaired.... more
Winter volleyball has been well-organized and inclusive of all skill levels for our 10 yr old daughter. The program is family-oriented.. This is such a great YMCA! My children love the daycare teachers and children who regularly come here! The staff are very kind and helpful.... more
