I love the consistency of Planrt Fitness! First time at this location and it was just like the others: clean and comfortable. No gymtimidation here!

Typical planet fitness. However this one is too small for this area. All cardio machines can be full at peak hours. Good luck using the cable machines. Needs to 2x the size like some of the other ones.

This is my happy place where I can come and recharge my energy during the week.
I been using this gym for more than a year and the facility is very clean and organized, the workers at the front desk are very nice and welcoming. Also they have an awesome trainer Di- John who is willing to help everyone who what to be help. I have been training with him for couple months and I can see the difference. He is very encouraging and he is always with big smiles and a great attitude.
I really recommend this gym!!!

On August 8, 2018 at around checked in at 5:00pm left around 7 pmThe tall blonde boy working is very disrespectful! If you are tanning make sure you wait to undress to make sure they set the timer!!
Luckily I know better! I told them thanks alot for not setting the timer and he smirked and laughed!!
I was actually impressed with this planet fitness until the young punk ruined it!

Ample cardio equipment.
The gym is nicely sectioned off with benches and Smith machines near mirrors under TVs giving cardio-goers stuff to watch.
The other selectorized equipment is near the front alongside the heavy dumbbells. The hips and abs section is tucked away in the back keeping voyeurism to a minimum. And the lockers are decent.

Planet Filthness! The place is great. Cheap dirt costs about $250 for 7 cu yd. You can get it here for $10.00*. Lockers have a good variety of diseases to chose from. Right now they have a special where everyone can share the same toilet and shower together in the shower that is not broken.

This is my home club. I love it. Staff in the early mornings are nice, just wish they'd give me 2 tokens for the massage chair. They are lacking a few of the newer items like the big yellow thing that has the ropes and stuff. But I'm not sure they have the space to put it there.

I change up and come to this one now and then because it's not as busy when I go and I like the arrangement of the machines better. Always a nice environment and I enjoy my long workouts here.

This planet fitness is always very clean, there is not usually a long wait for machines or benches but when there is it is a short wait. There are plenty of machines for cardio as well as weight training. The trainers are very knowledgeable and the general staff have always been very helpful.

Definitely the best gym in the San Antonio Planet Fitness system. The manager and staff are so great. I've been coming here since 2012 except for two years I moved away. Now that I'm back I love that this is my home gym again.

Nice customer service always friendly.. stations and equipment very well maintained. Only thing i like to pay with cash.. sorry my card is for business only.. Is cash not good anymore???

Excellent gym, very clean. People are very nice, including staff. Machines are always working and well maintained. Showers and locker rooms as well. They also have some cool extra features like water massage, tanning and other cool stuff

The "annual fee" hit my bank account at the worst, most unexpected time for me and speaking to the manager gets you no where. They refuse to do a refund even if you call the day it hits your account to cancel. They care more about keeping their $30 than helping their long time members who are currently in a financial crisis and could not afford to pay that money that needed to go towards a rent payment. The GM will hang up on you and be extremely rude when you call back. I will not stay with planet fitness after this even though my monthly income will become more stable in about two weeks and I probably could have afforded it then.

Not quite as much equipment here as some more intensive workout places, but definitely a great starting point. Being able to bring a friend and access to all locations was a huge selling point for the price. This gym is very clean and the staff is personable. I don't like how there is no longer a scale in the bathrooms, just one in the main room. I feel like having to weigh yourself in front of everyone is very intimidating for many people, otherwise a nice workout space.

Planet Fitness is franchise gym that I have been to at least 48 plus times across the United States. The negatives at this gym were it was a smaller gym than the norm. The locker room was small too. The positive of this gym were it was clean and seemed well maintained. I would possibly recommend this gym to any beginning exerciser to due its' $10 membership fee or its' $20 fee for access around the United States for a person travelling.

This is my favorite Planet Fitness. Great employees, friendly and helpful. New equipment and a lot of it. Everything including the locker rooms are always clean. I can't think of a single con.

A couple of hdden fees and yearly contract. Signing up online doesnt make it clear that there is it a year contract and to cancel is $62 fee. You also only a short window to cancel after year is up or you will be stuck with a cancellation fee or renewing for another year. You also have to cancel at your "home" gym or you can't cancel.

All new equipment is alright. They now have water massage beds which are cool. All the staff is nice except for the girl that works their overnight. At one point we were the only ones in the gym and she was mopping. She did stop and talk to me for a little while but when I asked if she would like to have dinner with me sometime, She told me no because she had a boyfriend. I just walked away after that. She is pretty but has the worst customer service. Avoid going overnight.

Great location near my office. Even during peak hours plenty of equipment available. Trainer very helpful. Kept very clean and maintained. Staff very friendly. Fees were explained up front. I DO NOT feel like anything fee wise was hidden. Staff is the best!!! glad I joined.
