This is my home gym. I love everything about this place.They have two awesome machines that I really liked. The row machines and the abdominal machine.It's very well laid out..I've had memberships at a lot of gyms but this one is by far the best.... more
We LOVE this Gold's location!! Although not our Home location, hopefully we can transfer our membership to the Tezel location. Much better "feel" here. Staff is always super nice and helpful.... more

I've been an member since 2013 and overall its an meh gym. I really don't know why people leave great reviews on this gym. The cardio machines are old and in very bad shape, and takes them two weeks for them to be repaired.... more
Great place clean. Professional staff. Can go anytime. Safe..richard garcia at mbs Alamo hts has excellent Pilate's classes. Very light on the weightlifting equipment. There's only one power rack, so somebody squatting would have to work in with somebody benching, very inconvenient. Lots of cardio equipment though.... more
Great place to workout any time. Plenty of equipment and anyone is able to work out completely..Usually busy in the evenings but they have pretty much everything you need..Great gym just started this year to get back into health.... more
General manager NO GOOD he not let my use the restroom because I have to sign again. Clean the place ? Clean the shower they are terribly dirty.Great place to go if you enjoy working out swimming jacuzzi and just getting into shape.... more
Gold's Gym a Great place if you want to Knockout a quick workout for the day. They will always take care of your needs, and will assist you with any concerns you may have. Large fitness center. Can get busy during the standard busy times for the gym. I was here when they rolled out the 24/7 access program. I was allowed to enroll even though I was only TDY to Lackland.... more
Been going to this gym for about 2 years already and now my son has started going with me at 4am every morning and the staff is friendly and helpful it's a good place to go and work out but the only thing is that you get those guys that start yelling while they are lifting the weights and wish they would tell them guys something.... more
This place is freaking big and the pool is as big as this place but most of all the hot tub really clean and hot the way it should be... but the only draw down is the locker room and shower area are really small.... more
I love Planet Fitness. Even during peak hours, I rarely have to wait to use a machine or equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful, facility is always clean . Parking is abundant and handicap accessible.... more
Nice little gym besides the Two trainers that hog this gym! They leave weights all over, take 2-3 benches up at a time leave empty energy drinks on equipment. Hard to get a decent workout in due to this.... more
Deceptive billing and cancellation practices. Even if you follow the 30 day notice rule they will continue to bill you and simply put the blame off on whoever was working that day or that the corporate office messed up.... more
Horrible experience. I singed up for personal training at this location. The first trainer talks more than she train, one day she trained me for literally 10 minutes and then she said that we are done.... more

Went to work out today for an hour, they have so many machines! Aerobic classes and pool classes to they also have a track around the machines which I thought was pretty cool. Over all a great experience!.... more
