I had a membership at this gym for a few years which then led me to signing up for a trainer. The gym overall, was fine. No complaints with the gym. My one star is mainly for the training sessions.... more
Strictly about the basketball court... Its nice that its a 94 foot court but... This court is in DIRE NEED of routine cleaning and a re-finish every once in a while wouldn't hurt either.... more
I liked it at this location. There was a lot of fun equipment to use. The staff was nice..This was first time visiting this location the staff was nice, the facilities were, the equipment was a little dated meaning worn padding and ungreased parts.... more
Do not go to this gym manager does not care about people nor does the company very very rude front desk manager do not go to this gym . they will take ur money and not give you service.... more
I like the facility overall and the people. A couple things I don't like include the lack of paper towel dispensers, especially functioning ones, and the padding that goes around the Smith machine bars are so thin and collapse very easily.... more
Okay gym. Not every Golds has a steam room tho. Also, I think they should offer 3/4 day a week prices to those who don't need 7 day a week workout. It's okey dokey. Whatch out for creepy men, I heard there was a guy caught fondling ladies at different Gold Gyms in this rape class I took my daughter to.... more
Love, Love, Love Vinny! He is so friendly and helpful. I work DT, so it's very convenient for me. I love that it's a very personal gym as in small because everyone there means business.... more
I love this place. Started working out at this gym a couple years ago making it early every morning. Perfect since hardly anyone was there and was super insecure as I never worked out a gym before.... more
Nothing against this gym location in particular, just more frustrated at gold's gym in general. It is not easy to cancel your membership. I canceled my membership in December, my last payment was January, so I should have been in the clear .... more
Great gym. Did my sprint training there..Place is quiet and decent clean. Maybe men areas could use a little more spot cleaning as well as some corners of the machines and floor where you can see dirt collecting there.... more
Good gym turned bad would my my subject line for this gym. When you try to cancel the membership, they do not accept phone calls to ABC Financials, this is the owner of Anytime Fitness, and also don't accept messages send through the message portal.... more
Its a great location, more than enough equipment to get good results..Not too crowded and plenty of fitness equipment.I like this gym due to the simple layout and older machines.. Thats just me.... more
It's really organize, I was able to find where all the workout station were and are separated by what type body it exercises. We have been members for 2 months now and two stars is the best I can do.... more
I get em' a B+. Gym employees are friendly and helpful. Cleanliness gets a B+. TP & paper towels all over restroom floor. Upstairs treadmills still need some work..Just signed up here.... more
LA Fitness is a good value for how much you pay. They have all the equipment I need from a gym, and it's maintained just fine. The classes they have are great. Try and avoid going at peak times and you won't have to wait to use things.... more
The bad billing reviews on here are true. I was charged for monthly PT sessions despite specifically saying I just wanted to try PT for a month and wanted to PAY UPFRONT for the cost.... more
The sauna room was small i think ill stick with the military location.By far not the best gym membership I have had their doors in the restroom don't even work for privacy to go to the restroom.... more
I reserve my 5 stars for the black card gyms that are cleaner, larger, and have more amenities. This gym is probably the best non-black card in NW San Antonio..The staff at this gym are definitely assume the worst in their guests.... more
