It was a good place to lift, but the cardio section needs to be updated.
We pay $70 a month for two memberships. They offer great deals throughout the year and the staff are very kind. The owner is always giving out smiles and encouragement. We appreciate this gym and the experiences we've had.
Seems like staff has changed recently. Still the same owner. I appreciate the changes. They have 2.5 pound weights which is a great addition if you are microloading. Good basic gym setup

Clean looking and not too crowded ever
Edit: I've been going for a week now and really love the gym! Great environment, everyone is friendly, all the weights you need and beat of all, no wait for any of the machines. Revised my rating from 3 to 5 stars.
They are not open until 11pm every day...that's just for members. If you go as a "guest" or want to become a "member", you have to go in during their regular hours (listed below). They won't answer the phone outside these hours either.
M-Th: 10am to 7pm
F: 10am to 4pm
Sat: 10am to 4pm
Sun: 10am to 2pm
So don't do what I did and think that the hours listed on google are correct. Seems like a nice gym, but wasn't able to go in because of the misleading times.

Medium sized neighborhood gym that's just right for me and my family.
Staff uses equipment, and will watch while you workout, phones ring. Nice place to workout but I believe the new management is strapped for cash, unfortunate because it was in a great location!
Absolutely fantastic gym. It's small, but that gives it a great community oriented atmosphere. I mean really, how many other gyms are out there that the owner is constantly on the floor giving advice and answering questions? They remember your name, are friendly, and very helpful.

I can go in and work out with out having to wait for a machine and they allow to work out after closing at 11pm. Equipment is good and the lockerroom are good and clean. I love it there!!!
