The staff is amazing. But the gym itself needs major maintenance done. Things are peeling, fans don't work, light bulbs are burnt out, it's stuffy and hot in there. No air circulation. They vacuum with a shop vac not very efficient or effective. This place could be really great, but whoever is in charge of maintenance needs to take action.

Amazing gym. Amazing staff.
This place is really great!!
Small gym but has all the equipment you could ever ask for. Only in SA for a month, and this was one of the few gyms to have a no contract membership (thank you for that).
Definitely recommend
(Also have a dry sauna!!)

This is a great gym to go to when in town for business or pleasure! The friendly and knowledgeable staff make it a great place to pick up some fun classes, or just work out! I look forward to visiting whenever I am in town!

I have been a member at a lot of gyms and this place has everything every other gym has plus a ton of other stuff. They also have ropes, kettlebells, sleds, a trap bar, TRX, a heavy bag, a speed bag, tires, sledgehammers, etc. And 2 squat racks is a big plus.
The staff is personable and the trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. The best part is my gym membership is included with my Martial Arts membership at their sister gym. I highly recommend Fitness 365.

Awesome 24 hour workout facility with a large variety of equipment to accommodate any level of fitness experience. The classes offered are fun, informative, and led by well educated/personable fitness professionals. The environment of the gym is motivating, as the people training there are all working diligently toward their goals.
I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a versatile, convenient place to exercise.

My 13 year old son was personally trained by Will Aston. His balance increased by 50%, his hand eye coordination increased by 80% (it was truly off) and his stamina increased by 20%. He plays basketball now without falling all over the floor and taking a few people with him in the process. He plays without running and leaving the ball behind him. Will is an excellent personal trainer and I recommend that if your child needs individualized assistance, you stop by Your Fitness 365 and ask for Will Aston.

Best gym in the area by far. Their business model is COMPLETELY different from the big chain gyms like Gold's and LA Fitness. You pay for access to the gym and they actually WANT you to come. They have very reasonable and flexible weekly plans which is PERFECT for someone like me who visits San Antonio for a few days every month. I've looked for a year for a place to consistently work out when I'm in town and not ruin my workout schedule, but also not break the bank with day pass fees or be frowned upon by the management for not signing my soul over to a contract.
But more than their business model, which I will sing praises about from today on to every person who will listen, they were so NICE. I felt WELCOME and like the staff and management were HAPPY to have a new customer, which is the complete opposite of the 5 other places I called to buy a day pass this morning. It's great to see that great customer service is still a part of some business philosophies.
Your Fitness 365 has my business for years to come. I hope they never change.

I like this gym and happy so far, however the thing that bugs me the most is that the machines NEVER get cleaned! Since I joined, the same dirtiness is still there on the treadmills, ellipticals. It's pretty gross.
