This is a great workout. The instructors know how to make you sweat and have fun at the same time. I love the quick arm workout at the end of class.. I literally take a class here once a week and love it more than any other fun I go to.... more

Typical workout gym and Lindon certainly knows how to set up a great workout. That's the reason you go. Plenty of real workout equipment, not just filled with cardio stuff. It's a place to sweat and feel great when you're done.... more

My kid has been going for two and a half years my youngest has down rolled I love the teachers the size are always attentive and classes the children feel safe they never push anybody to do anything it's a nice environment and they have great extras camps during the offseason to school Knight times where you could take the kids over a certain age and drop them off for a little bit for like a survival night it's like one big family.... more
Wonderful gym! This gym is mostly for Powerlifters, Strongmen/Strongwomen, and other strength sports. However, they have a section for Bodybuilder/general machines. Overall this gym is fantastic and has equipment to match.... more
