Coming to classes here is a real pleasure. Kuk Sool Won of Alamo Heights are wonderful, encouraging teachers, and the other students are friendly and welcoming. It`s a really warm, happy space and an intense, relaxing workout. Classes at Kuk Sool Won of Alamo Heights are the highlight of my week!

Martial Arts are a great way to learn about yourself by identifying your own strengths and weaknesses. The great memories of Martial Arts that I have are the ones where I learned how to deal with my own weaknesses and the ways I could improve. Overall I believe the arts are a great way to develop mental, physical, as well as spiritual strength. Kuk Sool Won of Alamo Heights are the best school in San Antonio, TX!

Thanks for all the support you give me. You have no idea how much kickboxing has improved my life and mental health! It's a huge credit to you that I've continued with it for as long as I have and even come to rely on it. I know it can be hard to be a business owner. The center has taught me a lot more than just a helpful new defense skill. The instructors have helped me become a better man and given me a whole new outlook on life. I sincerely recommend their services to everyone who lives in the area. The team is professional, committed, and thorough.

You are never too old to change your life for the better! I was more than skeptical at first, but it turns out that once again - my wife was right! I did learn and am still learning a lot, as these guys really know what they are doing. I highly recommend the Academy to everyone who is yet to give martial arts a try!

I have been studying Krav Maga with these martial art instructors for the past two years, and today, I am a better version of my old self. I am very grateful for their patience and never-ending efforts, and would gladly recommend their school to anyone who wants to join the world of martial arts. Thank you!

My brother and I started attending the BJJ classes 2 years ago and couldn't be happier with our experience at this school. Both of the instructors are amazing and careful, we learned a lot, and they're like family. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

This place did a world of good for my kid. I taught him to discipline respect for others as well as understanding other`s pain. He is much less of a trouble maker now and isn't getting in fights anymore. I guess he just needed somewhere to get cooled off.

My son goes here, he is only 4 years old, but loves it. The teacher is a great man that makes sure to help all kids and adults. My son is not left in the back. They make sure anyone not learning well gets more attention during practice.

Been here twice and I came out both times dripping in sweat. Be warned it is a very high energy class and the 50 min is not all boxing. You split into small groups where you will rotate to various stations that include boxing and circuit training. The studio was very welcoming to boxing newbs. Lolo was my instructor and he was very attentive and helped wrap my hands and gave me a quick demo of the punches before class started. I really enjoy the concept of this class and the instructors so far, but I wish the class wasn't as full. A few other things to note: make sure to bring water as there is no water station and if you plan to come often, I would purchase a set of gloves and wrap. The rentals were disgusting.

My 2 boys (ages 6 and 9) just started at Kuk Sool Won of Alamo Heights a little over a month ago and we have been super impressed by the staff and instructors! The kiddos have received the absolute best in encouragement and learning about respect and discipline. The staff and instructors are enthusiastic, engaging and have such great interaction with the kids. It's so much fun to watch and my boys LOVE it! We can't say enough good things about the school but don't take my word for it. Check it out for yourselves! I highly recommend this place if you live in San Antonio, TX .

His instructor was an amazing teacher and made the kids feel comfortable while still instilling discipline & encouraging the kids to give their best. My son developed by leaps & bounds becoming more comfortable in his body, more flexible, coordinated, aware, and accomplished. We were sad to leave the state & therefore the community that the instructor had established through this karate program. I HIGHLY recommend this program for kids who are interested in learning martial arts. If you are looking for a martial arts school then definitely check this one out! He will allow you to try out a few classes to make sure it's a right fit for you or your child.

Excellent martial arts school in San Antonio, TX. My son has loved taking lessons here at Kuk Sool Won of Alamo Heights. He is 8 and started back in February. I am very impressed with the speed at which he is learning and how much he knows in 4 short months. He will be receiving his orange belt next month. The instructors are very attentive to each student. There is at least 1 assistant/student right there with them helping them to improve their grappling/technique. I am overall very pleased with what my son comes away with each time he goes. He has more confidence, more respect and responsibility and a greater sense of pride since attending here at Kuk Sool Won of Alamo Heights.

Excellent martial arts school. Great place to take classes. Staff and teachers are always friendly and helpful. Blend classes are super fun and a great workout. There is always something to learn from their experienced instructors. While I was nervous when I started, from day 1 the teachers and students here made the martial arts fun to learn and I haven't once regretted my decision to choose Kuk Sool Won of Alamo Heights!
