Really enjoy coming here. Friendly staff, clean locations all over the country. Great prices too. The only drawback for me is no pool but that's not even enough to take away a star. Definitely gonna keep going to this and other planet fitness locations for awhile..

Very Clean Facility, Very Friendly Staff, place always smells so good and locker, bathrooms and tanning rooms so clean. Great equipment. Best facility I have visited in years.

Its a great location and a large gym. There are alot of machines to choose from. It is easy to work out if you like to be left alone and do your own thing. They clean it often and the staff is friendly.

I have no complaints but I really wish employees would take the second to great you when checking in instead of just continuing conversation with other employees. A good bye and thank you would be nice as well. It's not like their too busy.

I've changed my mind about planet fitness, they are incompetent, they don't listen to your concerns. I've been trying to contact them to dispute charges and all these people do is put me on hold hoping I'll hang up. Dont waste your time with this gym. They are a scam!

Pretty decent gym. Staff has decent customer service. It's a terrible location for a gym in my opinion. Run down area with a nice polished gym. It's like in a mall type area which the parking packs up real quick In the afternoons. Other locations are actually bigger. This one can get packed and hard to do a full workout at times

It's a good gym if you're going to just mainly use machines. Not a whole lot of free weights but if you're lifting heavy you shouldn't be in a gym like this anyway.

Really not a problem with this place. More the members. They sit at equipment for 45 minutes spending the majority of the time doing 3rd grade PE exercise as a warm up or just messing around on their phones. I really wish they would do their sets and move the hell on. I can do a full workout before the same 4 people are finished with the Smith machines.

Some have the aqua beds & chair great messages. Basicly clean plenty of exercise machines. Open 24 hrs plus plus plus able to take showers great place love it

Friendly reminder: Please Remember it is our job to clean our equipment after we use it. Be respectful of others and safety is a major reason to do this also. This is the only condition of getting all you get with PFitness. Just takes a minute to be kind and courteous.

This location has improved overall since the renovations, for the most part. Employee is always visible now even late at night, and equipment is updated. The only new equipment I don't like is the 360 circuit which is in a very small space. Last time I went, they also got rid of the cylinder rollers that you use on the floor for your back and such. I would also really like if PF could make videos available of how to use equipment for members, since the instructions on the equipment aren't that great. And, we don't want to have to ask the employees how to use all the new equipment.

1) I get the "late fee charge," but I feel they should do a courtesy call before trying to take out more money off the client's account when there's insufficient funds. That way people can be aware of what's being taken out instead of being charged double! Me & the wife have a black card membership, so we had to cancel because we had insufficient funds and were charged double through our account.
2) I didn't like the fact a woman walked in the mens restroom, just to talk to her man about wanting to go home. According to a late night worker, the same woman already did it before, he didn't want to call the cops because of the client's watching. Smh
3) I sweat alot but I least have the courtesy to wipe down all equipment, most have dried sweat stains.. Disgusting!! Glad we cancelled!

Well worth the 20 minute drive across town to have use of the new hydro rowers. ALL of the locations need to have a few!!! Staff was nice, very clean and quiet. Hydro Massage is amazing! Club dediateky worth the Black Card Membership except for on my 1 location having hydro rowers.

As I promised, I was very impressed with the remodeling, I was even more impressed with the staff, gym even smells clean, unlike the lady mgr at nacogdoches and 410/ very rude and unprofessional she wouldn't even take my gym due because I was from another gym REALLY! ! Mr.Longoria (mgr) great job, keep this place above the rest !!!!!!!!

If you could afford golds gym I strongly recommend it. Planet fitness phone costumer service is ridiculous that a circus master running it with 3 monkeys could do it better.

Old, tired equipment. I have been to many PF's across the country. I can tell you this one has the oldest equipment I have seen anywhere else. I would think there would be some requirement for having upgraded equipment. This place should not be your first choice for a Planet Fitness if you are in or visiting San Antonio.

This company will do anything and everything to prevent their members from canceling - absolutely fraudulent. Sign up after reading your entire contract, and even then, do not trust them. They call their establishment a "judgement-free zone," yet when you walk into Planet Fitness, you bet your behind you're going to be judged by this location's gruesome clientele. Rude guests, people rarely wipe down equipment, and equipment is damaged/unsightly. Coming here gives you the sinking feeling that you get what you pay for, and guess what? You get to pay for an entire year AT LEAST. If you can't afford a better gym, I truly feel for you. Avoid.

Exactly what you need as either a gym newbie or someone with a tight budget that wants a good place to work out. Staff is friendly and the facilities are well taken care of.

The locker rooms are also very clean and maintained well. All of the equipment works well and everyone is great about cleaning their machines after use. 10/10 recommend!

Pretty basic gym. Parking is alright but you do have to walk a little bit which is fine. Some of the equipment could use an update.

The place is small but the showers are very nice and clean. Parking is terrible and the temperature inside is a bit on the warm side. It would be nice but there were some fans to move the air.
