There's a wide range of equipment for any workout. They also have a pool, hot tub, basketball court, racquetball court, sauna, and heavy bags. Employees are friendly, and everybody working out there seems to mind their own business.... more

The staff was very accommodating. I went for the first time today and was a guest and they were very helpful and patient with us. The gym was clean too! Definitely worth considering switching gyms!.... more
