I was back home visiting friends and family and was able to drop in a few times. Highly recommend, owners were super friendly and welcoming. 100% would go back next time I'm in town.

I started Crossfit here in August and fell in love! The coaches are excellent and I like their style of coaching a lot. The community and atmosphere is encouraging and supportive. It's a great place and I'm glad I found it!

Rock solid - I'm new to Rochester and dropped in to check this place out. It was awesome. The space has a cool industrial feel, hidden in a residential area. The instructors are full of energy, know what their doing, and were dedicated to helping me improve. The work out started with an active warm up, followed by strength training, then ended with a high intensity, hard hitting, as many reps as possible grind which was the perfect to quench that thirst to burn and let loose. 100% recommend it and will be back. Thanks CrossFit Park Ave!

Keeping a regular training schedule is extremely hard when traveling for work; most gyms don't allow non members to use equipment outside of classes and have very limited hours. But CrossFit Park Ave allowed me to drop in and complete my own programming the entire week I was in town. All the coaches were extremely accomodating and flexible. If you are in Rochester, definitely check them out! They have a great thing going over there.

I cannot recommend CF Park Ave enough. Dropping in last Friday, the trainers were very informative and friendly, the community presence was evident, and the facility/equipment was clean and well kept. The entire box was encouraging and very welcoming of an "outsider" coming into their box.
If I were to live in the Rochester area, I know that I would choose CF Park Ave as my home box and would attend classes as much as possible.
I recommend this box/gym to any ROC visitors but also any local patrons.
My visit was well worth it!

A friend and I tried out a class here, having never done Cross-fit...the instructor was great and modified the exercises to meet our skill level so we didn't get hurt. I am planning on going back again, hopefully with my husband!
