The studio is very clean and well kept, and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and the environment overall is very pleasant and welcoming. The classes I've taken are very well planned, the teachers are professional, guidance is clear and there is no pressure if you have to take a break from the flow and rest, in your own yoga pose or just have a child pose.... more

Modo Yoga Williamsburg is my favorite yoga studio in all of New York. All of the teachers are very friendly and knowledgeable, and the sessions feel like a moving meditation. The studio is very well kept and you can rent just about anything you would need.... more

The best studio in Harlem. A lovely place filled with natural light; great teachers from different styles of yoga. Clean, friendly and very accesible prices. The only thing missing in the classes is to include guided pranayama and meditation practice.... more
