I purchased a yoga class with body scrub and massage on groupon it was amazing, the yoga instructor was very alert with everyone making sure our poses were in good form. The body scrub was great they took there time in scrubbing every part of the body and the massage was just soothing, peaceful and so relaxing, the masseuse was amazing she listened well when told her to be careful with my lower back.... more

The Yoga room has been a wonderful place to do yoga. I started taking classes here about a year ago when I was having some pain in my knees from running.
