Very knowledgeable teachers. I love the feel of this place, they are very welcoming to the neighborhood. There's just the one studio but it has a clam feel and lovely wooden floors with all the yoga essentials ready for borrowing.

This is my favorite yoga studio. There are no frills. It's just the real deal. Incredibly knowledgeable teachers & students who are devoted to learning yoga. The atmosphere is welcoming & friendly. And I've never had a teacher there who I haven't learned something from. I finally found a place where I can commit to the study of yoga. And there is also a philosophical focus every month and interesting guest speakers. I love it!
