Awesome place for a beginner. No one had that jerkface attitude and the class was awesome. Just realize you need to practice and take it somewhat serious if you really want to workout. I like many jerkfaces appropriated yoga as some bending activity. Nah Nah Nah. Give it a chance you'll see things differently and definitely for the better. Good job so far.
First time there. I did the restorative class. Ashley was a great teacher. I expressed to her my recent surgery and she was very attentive. I will be going back.

Charming, well-kept studio with some great teachers for beginning/intermediate students. Emily and Grazia are my personal favorites. Their classes are perfect for taking off the stress of a long work day/week.
Wonderful staff. No uppity attitudes. Not an intimidating space. Super welcoming and a feeling of joining a community which is really what yoga practice should be about.
