This studio has given me so much joy and confidence in my yoga practice. The teachers are very accommodating and nonjudgmental. They have all helped me to better my yoga using proper technique. I highly recommend flow and restore if you are new to hot yoga.

Loved every hot second of it !
I recently attended a dance performance at Be Yoga. I was impressed with the warmth and friendliness of the space and the staff. The performance space is intimate, easy access, and room for everyone to see.
