One of the teachers grabbed my knee as we were doing a pose..said, "you can go further" .pulled on the knee and tore my cartilage...a few years later after two surgeries and lots of accupuncture I am now searching for a knee replacement doctor.... more

I held my daughter's first birthday party in Michelle's studio and it was the perfect venue! The music package offered was great and made party planning easy. Ms. Tiffany provided music entertainment and did an exceptional job engaging our tiny guests- I think there were 20 kids/babies! I would recommend MTY for both yoga and as a party venue.... more

My friend and I took the train from the city for around 40 minutes before getting off at the second to last stop on the R. The outside looks pretty basic. It was actually kind of hard to tell it was a workout studio because the building itself isn't too unique.... more

A booked class was cancelled without notufication.. Some instructors are amazing but a couple are a letdown - I have chronic back pain due to disc issues so when an instructor doesn't have a good understanding of anatomy I feel it immediately.... more
