Nice studio - very hot at 105 deg F. FYI credit card minimum is $10 so bring a mat/water!
Definitely HOT yoga, but I couldn't understand what the teacher was saying and there was no space for her to demonstrate the poses, tiny little box studio, feels claustrophobic and choking with excess heat.
Calisthenics or dynamic stretching/strength training without any instruction about breathing, not real yoga. I also got a dirty towel? How? And the mat was really worn, needed to be thrown out, one and done.
Class was so hot, half of it left and one lady had to go to the ER. Doesn't seem like much of a workout when all you do is sweat. Teacher needs to realize when students are dying and to atleast open the door

I loved this place. The instructor was amazing and the people were friendly and very inviting. I would recommend this class to everyone.
I like this studio alot. Of course there is the hot yoga. There are the large number of daily classes. Most are 1 hour long. The studio is immaculate. There is the daily donation class if you are pinched for change. You can rent locks. My one complaint is the sound system in the studio. It is a bit crackly and tin can but you can live with it. The teachers are all competent and good. NY Real Estate force higher higher class costs , but not crazy. Great location .
Loud RnB music has nothing to do with yoga. It's not relaxing it's annoying. The instructors don't actually teach. They just tell you to go to postures. Thats about as valuable as a DVD. They don't tell you how to avoid injuries. They don't even tell you to drink water after class! They don't even have a water fountain....IN A HOT YOGA STUDIO!
The mats are cheap, like from Walmart, and they charge you $4 to rent them. Rip off! They only sell water for $3. WATER IS FREE IN NEW YORK CITY YOU @$$ HOLES. SHAME ON YOU!
