I absolutely LOVE this yoga studio. I purchased a 20-class groupon for $69 bucks....making each class come out to less than $4, which is pretty damn amazing. I am by no means a seasoned yogi, and am not a skinny chick, but the instructors and fellow classmates are never judgmental. I wasn't even taking classes regularly until I started coming here, but I plan on buying another package as soon as my groupon expires. The studio is clean and comfortable (and in contrast to one of the posts below, there is AC...except not in the hot room, because, well, it's HOT yoga) and the instructors do open the window. They even often survey the class to see how everyone feels by asking questions like "should we put on the AC, can we open the blinds, etc etc." There is a good variety of classes at different times of day and it's been fun to try all of the different instructors and class levels. I was surprised that after 4 classes or so, I felt confident in a Yoga I&II class! I have never had a bad experience here, and I'm a critical person in general. The staff is also super friendly...they've let me use my credit card to purchase water when I forgot to bring cash (even though it was way under the $10 cc limit), and one day when I came in after a REALLY rough day, one for the owners was so nice...asked me if I was ok, and even the instructor gave me a little extra attention that evening. This has become my immediate go-to after a stressful day at work. I wake up now and ask myself if I have time to make it to yoga that evening...it's one of the first times in my life that I've looked forward to exercise and it's made a drastic difference for me mentally. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone....start with an all level class and take it from there! I've found that Drew and Ivan are good for beginners and Isabel and Rachel are your go-to girls when you're looking for a challenge. :)
