I feel like it is a really great place to both float in and out, as well as to commit to. Everything feels clean and organized and there is a spaciousness that feels great even in the small rooms. I really liked the classes I've taken here and I've felt supported through my practice.

Studio is nice and clean. Taken great classes by both Lauren and Jeff. Welcoming space but I think the classes are geared towards those with at least a few yoga classes under their belt.
Only thing that would make the place great is if they had showers. I'm dripping after a heated class and would really appreciate a place to shower off.

Best yoga studio downtown with plenty of options for beginners and advanced yogis. Big room but always crowded so get there early to reserve your spot on the floor.
This studio is perfect. Great high quality classes in a beautiful space. They try and keep it reasonably priced (although prices have snuck up over the years). They now have heated vinyasa, which is awesome.
