The instructors are amazing. They make you feel like you are a part of the family; the workout is killer, and I have such a fun time. I never thought working out would be something I'd look forward to, but it is! Small gym and some of the equipment were worn out and needed to be replaced. But despite that it is a small gym, there is enough equipment and it wasn't packed at all when I was working out there.... more

Everyone is very knowledgable, nice, and they want to help you improve everytime you come in and train. If you are even a little interested in training martial arts I would highly suggest going in and check out the gym.... more

Awesome place but people who work at the counter deck should be shut up sometimes. Talking each other too much. Too much annoying. The people here are seriously so nice! There's a woman named Buffy that works at night she's so sweet and really cares about cleaning the place properly! It's the first time I've been to a gym where someone actually took the time to use the chemicals properly and make sure EVERYTHING is disinfected! It means the world to me as a germaphobe! We've been members for 15 years here. It's not the fanciest gym in the valley and parking can sometimes be a pain, but the staff is wonderful and the members truly seem to care about each other.... more
