The instructors are amazing. They make you feel like you are a part of the family; the workout is killer, and I have such a fun time. I never thought working out would be something I'd look forward to, but it is! Quinn is one of my favorite instructors, but they just hired some new girls, and I've sat in on some of their co-teaching and I can tell they will be great as well.... more

Small gym and some of the equipment were worn out and needed to be replaced. But despite that it is a small gym, there is enough equipment and it wasn't packed at all when I was working out there.... more

Awesome place but people who work at the counter deck should be shut up sometimes. Talking each other too much. Too much annoying. The people here are seriously so nice! There's a woman named Buffy that works at night she's so sweet and really cares about cleaning the place properly! It's the first time I've been to a gym where someone actually took the time to use the chemicals properly and make sure EVERYTHING is disinfected! It means the world to me as a germaphobe! Handled the Covid outbreak better than any other company I'm with at the moment. Top notch customer service, and knowledgeable, supportive trainers! I've been to a few gyms over the years and this is the first one I feel like actually cares about their customers well being from body to wallet.... more
We've been members for 15 years here. It's not the fanciest gym in the valley and parking can sometimes be a pain, but the staff is wonderful and the members truly seem to care about each other.... more
