Really cool gym lots of classes very friendly.Nice hardcore gym. Definitely had the old school vibe from the 80s.I love going into this gym! Everytime I do I feel at home with the knowledgable staff that is always willing to help me succeed in my goals.... more

I'm very happy with this gym. It's clean, well equipped and the owner/trainer Sarah is awesome. She is friendly, motivating and never repetitive. I have gone to the Southeast Boise location for several years and wouldn't ever switch. They have everything you need in terms of equipment, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and you can't beat the price for what you get for a membership there.... more

This gym is always super clean and organized! The manager is there to answer any questions, and is always extremely helpful and friendly. Since reopening, he has done his part to space the equipment strategically, provide personal disinfectant bottles, and reorganized to accommodate any COVID-19 concerns.... more
