John Carlo is by far the best trainer in the Treasure Valley! He is very knowledgeable and has a passion for what he does. John isn't your average personal trainer. He rehabilitated my injuries (some I didn't even realize I had) prescribed a proper nutrition plan for my body type and tested my limits to make me a stronger person from the inside out. My husband and I recommend John to everyone, most recently a friend that was headed for shoulder surgery. John was able to rehabilitate his shoulder in order to avoid that surgery.
