The place is always clean, the staff are respectful and courteous. The equipment is always well taken care of. Best gym in Boise!!

A nice crowd, the staff are great, clean! Plus, a full compliment of exercise equipment, separate aerobics and training rooms, plus 24-hour!

No, no, no. This gym cares more about money and how much it spends on equipment than about the customer experience. They've gotten too big for their britches and become pretty dang arrogant. The staff vacuum and clean constantly, which is good, but they aren't friendly, will ignore you when you leave until you say goodbye to them; the teachers blast their music like they're the only one in the gym; and the manager is a coward that doesn't want to do his job.

Great space and equiptmrnt but very status type trendy feel. Like you need to look great while working your a** off.

Come in and see carly . It's only a dollar enrollment fee per February. It's month to month. Place clean great customer service .

Great gym. No complaints. It's not the biggest and baddest, but for only $15 a month, you can't really complain. It has all of the equipment I need for my workouts. (Which is fairly basic to be honest. Take that for what you want.) It's clean, and the staff is friendly. Go check it out!

The facility is very open & spacious. It's clean, has separate rooms for those who like to workout privately or want to use their tv & workout video's that are provided for free. I enjoy coming here & the staff is very helpful & friendly.

The best gym I ever quit! I know it's weird writing about leaving a gym, but I find the cancellation process to be a good metric of how a business is run. If a gym tries to add in surprise cancellation fees or make you pay for extra months, or makes you feel bad about quitting. That is NOT a good gym!
I'm pleased to report that the act of quitting IFF was SUPER easy and it indicates they are a great gym. The staff was friendly as always, and we even joked around as I signed the cancellation document.
Why did I quit? It's not because of the gym. This is probably the best gym I've gone to. It has great equipment, awesome free weight section, two squat racks, and a punching bag. Everyone is super nice, and the staff makes you feel like one of the family. The only reason I quit is because I moved about 3 blocks from the YMCA. In this case, I would rather just walk to the Y rather than drive 10 minutes to IFF.
I'm very confident that if I ever get sick of the Y I will be back at IFF because it is so awesome.

Idaho Fitness Factory has always treated me great! Equipment works well and the staff is friendly. They have several locations around town and they're open all the time! Great service and value.
