I have gone to the Southeast Boise location for several years and wouldn't ever switch. They have everything you need in terms of equipment, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and you can't beat the price for what you get for a membership there. Highly recommend this gym.

Great price and friendly staff. I'm seeing a few reviews on here saying it was hard to quit: that was not at all my experience when I quit. They made it super easy, and I never saw more payments come out. I was so happy with them, that when I wanted to give gym-going another try, I came right back to Johnny's.

This an awesome place to workout. The location is perfect for my wife and I. It's a hop, skip, and a jump from home. I'm on a physical training program, and the physical trainer is very encouraging. Thanks Tyler!. Can't wait to see our results after the program is finished.

Johnny's fit club is a great gym for a great price. They have all the equipment you need to get into shape and built. They are 24 hours so you can work out whenever you want. But i Believe the staff leaves around 8 or 9 in the evening.

I've been with Johny's for over 4 years now and never had a problem. Incredible price, all the equipment you could ask for, and a friendly small gym feel. Mark is an awesome trainer. I'm switching to the West Boise location but I'll miss these peeps at Findley.

I absolutely love this gym! Ive been coming here for three weeks, and i can already feel an incredible boost in my confidence and upper and lower body strength. Kurt is the absolute best!

I've been going to Johnnys for almost a year now, and so far it's been a great gym. Recently I moved to the Findlay from the overland location and the staff made the transition incredibly pleasant. I now use their babysitting services and they are very nice and work well with my kid. Also their guy Kurt is the coolest and gave me and my workout partner a ton of useful tips and encouragement. For the price you pay for it it's well worth the money and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an easy going gym.

Very polite staff. When you walk in, they always great you with a smile and a friendly welcome. Started in January and love it very much. The new remodel including the turf is amazing! The equipment has been helping me work on my goals quite well! I recommend them very much!

A true 24 hour gym in the best spot. Kurt is the bomb, makes coming here worth it, besides the awesome location and equipment.

The equipment is junk and the space is limited. The one staff person I meet was nice.

Equipment is a bit disappointing. Various cable pulley machines have malfunctioning tension, they have other equipment that you can only use if you pay way too much for a trainer. 24 hour access is nice though.

I started my journey earlier this year and felt I needed... something more. I looked at many gyms, Even joined one, but didn't feel comfortable. I have been going here a month now, and I LOVE It! James was so helpful in getting me started and never made me feel out of place. Not judgemental at all, and so encouraging! You feel like you are going to see friends and leave feeling fantastic!

After spending thousands of dollars with them (including expensive personal training session that never got used because I started at a job that did not work with the Gym schedule) the only option they provide for cancellation if life has changed is to go in person and sign a form. Then they charge you the annual fee that has not yet come into play as well as an additional month of dues. I sure hope the additional $35 and waste of my time and gas is worth it because you have lost a potential customer forever. When I expressed my frustration the lady at the counter was very rude saying you signed an agreement. Yes, she is correct 3 years ago I signed a long form with lots of small writing and yes you have every legal right to charge me additional funds but is a a good business model and good customer service?

The gym is okay if you just need a basic workout. Their machines are not the best, but get the job done. Cancelling an account is not easy. You must give 30 days notice and they still charge you. The staff changes way too much and the trainers can be annoying. During their classes you lose quite a bit of space, because their classes take up quite a bit of room. A two star rating for a 24 hour inexpensive gym...watch for $25 charges that take place a few times a year...surprise!

I missed a payment while I was in basic for the army I came back the next month when I graduated to pay it and they charged me 172 dollars. I missed my payment just this Saturday was going to go in and pay it today (Wednesday) and I just got an email saying I owe them 319 dollars. Stacie has recently become gm at the gym and I really have nothing good to say. I use to really like the staff at this gym. With the exception of Cedric and mark the gym is nothing compared to what it use to be

UPDATE:
Since my last review it has been a night and day change! Trainers have been amazing about pushing you to be your absolute best! I have recently been working closely with Adam E. for a few months now and I can say that I absolutely love it! If you are looking into a personal trainer I would highly reccomend Adam, he is accommodating to your personal needs and very knowledgeable about fitness.
On the other hand, the only negative experience I've had since my last review is in regards to a newer woman who started working here and since finding out I wrote a negative review she went around asking people if they knew I wrote a bad review and went up to a friend that I had brought to Boot Camp and goes "your friend is loca." I could not believe how rude and not to mention how disrespectful it was that she would come up to my Hispanic friend and tell him I'm crazy? She is contanly around and cleaning through people when they're working out, she makes you feel like you're in her way. At this point I try to avoid 9-2 when she's there, acts like she owns the place...
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
The new management don't care about you, they just want your money.
I joined boot camp two years ago for a year while Mark Estrebillo was the trainer and absolutely loved it.
Recently I've decided to join again and bring a friend with me, and after taking the classes with all the three trainers, I went to talk to G. M. Stacie Duval and told her that I wasn't going to pay $600 for something I could do on my own. The two worst trainers were either on their phone or would ignore you completely. She said, "I can't give you your money back but I can talk to the staff."
The next class I attended, I asked the trainer, Jon Banks to explain the exercises we were doing in boot camp, he responded with a killer look and saying "If you don't like it, tough." Knowing full well that I had talked to management, he was trying to retaliate against me and ignored me for the rest of the session. I have never felt so mistreated in a place that is supposed to help you feel and look your best. No wonder the boot camps have lost ALL of their die hard boot campers since Mark left. Since I'm stuck here for a year, I'll keep you all updated each week with the boot camp from hell.
P.S The other trainer was Cedric, he is really good and knows what he's doing, but besides that nobody else cares.

Toilet has overflown onto the AstroTurf and left a big poopy stain I'm pretty sure. I 100% cannot prove that, so just take a tour and see for yourself; the place does have lots of other redeemable qualities.

Adam is professional, polite, caring and knowledgeable.
He is passionate about fitness and his clients, and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session.
His easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.
Each work out is creative and challenging.
He also places a high value on correct form with each exercise.
I trust Adam and love his integrity.
I am not just another client for him. He truly cares about my success.
