The instructors are amazing. They make you feel like you are a part of the family; the workout is killer, and I have such a fun time. I never thought working out would be something I'd look forward to, but it is! Quinn is one of my favorite instructors, but they just hired some new girls, and I've sat in on some of their co-teaching and I can tell they will be great as well. The studio manager, Madeleine, is super responsive if I have any problems. I a so happy to have found Upcycle!
If I could give less I would. Their website descriptions for pricing are beyond misleading. Once I figured this out I immediately called and emailed to cancel my membership. I have never taken one class here and yet I've been charged two months in a row even though I contacted them for a third time last month about being charged wrongly the month before.
This studio is fantastic! There is a variety of workouts, at a variety of times, and all are welcome no matter what your fitness level is. I'm kinda new, and not in the best of shape yet, but I feel like I belong. I needed a place where I felt comfortable and felt like that. This place is it. After only 3 days, I feel like I'm part of a community and that is the motivation I need to keep coming back to workout! The facility is clean, the showers are private, and the staff are amazing! Also, can't beat the summer savings deals. We'll done Upcycle!

This studio has HEART! Not only is it a posh and boutique experience, but the instructors and staff truly care about and support us in having comfortable, safe, and FUN rides and workouts. Highly recommend this locally-owned gem in the Gem State.
Such a great positive environment to help you get in shape and become a better you. Great equipment, instructors, and a very convenient location. After a hard workout you are handed a cold towel and have access to their great individual shower rooms. When I checked my email I had a recap of my power and workout. This was key in knowing my progress and how hard my workouts are. Thank you for filling a need and exceeding all of my expectations.
I love the instructors (always inspirational), as well as the positive body mentality. Everyone here is working hard and getting there sweat on in an amazing facility that offers a gambit of fitness variety.
To sum this studio up in one word would be awesome! Awesome instructors, awesome classes, awesome facility, just awesome! I was getting burnt out on going to a traditional gym and I had never tried HIIT or TRX classes but always wanted to. I always leave feeling great and feeling like I got a good workout in. The spin classes are fantastic as well, the cool towel they provide you with at the end of class is nice and refreshing! They offer a variety of classes so I can get cardio, strength conditioning and yoga in the same place, which is convenient and nice. The instructors greet you by name which makes it very personable and care about your form which is important to me. The facility is very nice and clean and offers showers if you want to take a lunch time class or go before work which is always nice to have that available. I would highly recommend this studio if you are looking for a change up, like group classes, or just wanting to try something new!

There's nothing better than starting my morning with a cycling class, showering and getting ready for work in the amazing facilities (they are so clean and new) and then grabbing a locally made organic superfood bar on my way out. I highly recommend UpCycle for anyone of any fitness ability or background!
