Most well taken care of gym Ive ever been to. Jack City Fitness has EVERY piece of high quality equipment you could possibly want for your workout, and is kept in absolute pristine condition. The staff is also very welcoming, knowledgeable and motivational. Definitely a gym of a much higher caliber than most. Absolutely worth the money.
Super nice and super clean! Really friendly staff. This gym really has everything you need to get fit, strong, and healthy! Not crowded as well. :)
We offer gym membership for our full time employees. We love that through Jack City they are focused on their over all wellness. It is important to keep healthy and Jack City helps us do that.
The best gym I've ever been too. The trainers are all great. The group classes are tough, but fun. They even have a class for kids.
Jack City Fitness has been absolutely phenomenal. The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging, the facility is immaculate and boasts top-notch equipment, and the friendliness of the community keeps you motivated. Speaking of the community, it is quite diverse. You definitely get a push to keep going when you're in a class with one person who is recovering from knee surgery and another who is pushing 70 years old....and both are lifting more than you! The trainers are great at focusing on form, safety and helping anyone at any stage. I would highly recommend this gym to people of all activity levels and ages.

I had an awesome experience as a first time guest today. The first thing that impressed me was all the different equipment, some in which I had never seen before, in order to meet very specific fitness needs. I appreciate their holistic approach to well-being. The gym is very clean, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. JCF is not designed for the casual workout person. But if you are serious about goals and gains, for sure check these guys out!
Exceptional gym with wonderful staff. High quality, brand new equipment, from squat racks and oly lifting platforms to rowing machines and Woodway treadmills. I had a great time, and would recommend this gym 10/10 to anyone in the area!

Was looking for a gym with platforms to get some Olympic weightlifting in while on vacation. Found jack city online and decided to try it. Very clean facility with awesome equipment. The staff members were very friendly and helpful with my questions. And I really enjoyed the cold towel after my workout! The only thing I wish they had was chalk for my hands. Other than that it was a very nice gym and would recommend it to anyone looking to better themselves in the fitness world.

Wanted to find a good gym while visiting Boise, and I did. Super friendly staff. Plenty of racks, weights, and more importantly, space. Would recommend and will definitely return on my next visit.

This gym is not only perfect for people with serious lifting experience who are looking for top-of-the line equipment, but there were also several individuals of all abilities and experience doing private and group training while I was here. The trainers were incredibly supportive to the newer and less experienced members, but also made sure to provide the more advanced individuals with challenges relative to their respective ability levels. I will not be working out at any other gym next time I am in the Boise area, this is the one.

Hear me now and believe me later and tell your friends some other day but this is the best gym I have ever been to. The staff was da bomb and there was all the equipment you could think of and more. They also had a wall for men and women's records for that gym...I give this place a 6 star.

I was in town for just a few hours and needed a gym to work out in. One of the best gyms I have been to. Great facilities, equipment was clean, friendly staff, towels were provided. If I am ever in the area this will be the gym I visit for the day!!

By far the CLEANEST gym I have EVER been too. Everything is cared for and has its own place. The staff is unbelievable. They truly care about everyone there. Also they go above and beyond. They have so many perks and the complementary things to help you get through a tough workout. 10/10 would recommend JCF to anyone I know.
Marshall was outstanding in my fitness consult! I have been having plantar fascia issues in both feet and he did RPR on me and I felt relief right away! I ran later and felt better than i have in a while. Oh, and the Jack City facility is very impressive and has state of the art machines. Small class sizes and personal training, nutritionists on staff, a children's play room and cleanest place in town. I will definitely be back!!
Jack city fitness is the best gym our team has ever been to. The staff is extremely helpful and every workout gets a great result. Jack city has benefited my team and me so much and they help us achieve our goals each time we are with them.
I have never had a better gym experience than I've had at Jack City Fitness. It's never crowded there and the trainers actually take the time to say "hello". My trainer also takes time to correct my lifting form even when I'm not working out with him!
The one thing I don't like about the gym is the treadmills. They are powered by the runner, which is supposed to be better for you, but it can be difficult to keep a consistent speed.
What I think about Jack City Fitness, you ask? Let me start with how close and convenient the location for me is. I can walk to the gym plus get my workout in. I know it's probably not as close for others as it is for me but I just thought I'd share that :) on a second note, I love the fact that all I had to do was sign up and meeting with a trainer every 4 weeks came along with it. You can't find that kind of service anywhere! Let me just say that Rachelle has seriously helped me so much these passed 6 months I never thought I could keep my motivation going if it wasn't for her. Thank you so much Rachelle! Meeting every 4 weeks keeps me accountable and keeps me on track. I would also like to point out how quiet and personal this gym can be. I like to go in the evenings and it's usually just me which is so nice. I also did some classes a few months back and I absolutely loved them. I loved that they weren't as big as I thought they'd be so I was able to get one on one with a few of the trainers. The treadmills are quite the challenge as well because you don't always see an already inclined treadmill at a regular gym. I haven't seen those anywhere actually! So I love how it challenges you because who doesn't love a good challenge? I am also very impressed by the sports area because it means that this gym has so much to offer. With hockey to soccer to lacrosse and to whatever else there is, it's just such a wonderful place that can fit anyone's needs. All of the equipment is spectacular and very brand new as well. I never feel as if I can't trust anything. I really like the all around mirror room as well. I was a dancer back in the day and so sometimes I like to go in there and take myself back :) I also love how nice and generous everyone is as soon as I walk in. It's a wonderful feeling knowing the staff truly care about you vs passing you by as just some regular person on the street. Jack City Fitness has changed my life in the most positive ways and I have and will keep recommending this gym to anyone who asks me about it. Thank you JCF and I look forward to continuing my journey with you guys!
Great gym! It's new, well equipped, well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and passionate about their work. If you want to get fit, this is the place.
No other place/facility like this in Boise, not even close. Marshall and his group of trainers are the most educated and focused I've ever been around and the cutting edge programs they teach and use are unlike anything I've ever seen and got my NCAA athlete son ready for his upcoming season in record time. We are a loyal JCF family now!
