Not happy they plan to reduce the hours and the pool has been out of service for unbelievably long. Closed without notice. If I could give 0 stars I would.. Alot of people likes to use the one and only squat bar but don't do squat.... more
I am also trying to stop my membership at this gym. The pool was closed over Thanksgiving break and the pool and workout facility was closed over the Winter holiday. All the while, I was paying for them to be closed while I have extra time to workout and the desire to be healthier.... more

I lost my car keys inside, surprise after I payed to make a new one,, they called me after a week we found your keys,,, that was so sad I spent all that money for no reason.. they not even check the cameras smh.... more
I love working out there and staff seems very kind. Poorly run. Laden with absurd rules. Staff loves saying "unfortunately thats our policy" because they have endless policies that are impossible to justify.... more
Just wanted to cancel and I am given the run around. Payments are being drawn for a year without me using the gym because I lived far now. Besides just learned that the Chula Vista facility was now closed and moved to Imperial which is even farther.... more
