I don't know why this said that I visited this gym, because I have not. I go to Women's Gym.. This establishment is now closed for good. As a member of 24hr fitness I cant help but feel somewhat excluded since no e-mail or previous notice was given to me as a member.... more

This place has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have told the studio to freeze my membership for two months now and they refused to respond to me in a timely manner or get back to me and instead they just go ahead and charge my card when it's not supposed to be charged I don't know how many times I have to contact this place call them send them e-mails when you do email them five different people get back to you if they respond back to you but statements that don't apply to me or that I've already answered.... more
