This is a perfect class for my 3 year old grandson. They teach character building along with martial arts exercises and fun movements as well. They were very patient with him as he is very shy until he successfully joined in everything.... more
Fast and effective workout! Super easy to follow for a first timer with super supportive staff. Also easy to modify moves if pregnant! Would highly recommend.. Go get your sweat on at F45 La Jolla!! I've been a student at White Dragon for about 13 years. My wife and kids are students also. Nothing beats the individual instruction that you receive at White Dragon. Training here is a great physical workout, great for self defense, but also my kids are learning really positive values, self discipline, and self confidence.... more

One of the most welcoming and knowledgeable yoga studios I've been to. The space itself is gorgeous- incredible view of the Hotel Del, new flooring and an entire mirrored wall. The 90 min original was my favorite class they offered but the Friday night disco pilates should not be missed!.... more

I absolutely love this studio. While I have been attending for years just for the yoga, the recent addition of HIIT classes has given me a new inspiration. The combination of HIIT and yoga provides my body with a great balance of activities, but above all the staff who work here are phenomenal, always supportive, inspiring, and very patient even when you're new to either yoga or HIIT.... more
