Modo yoga is amazing! The place has such a great feel, so clean and fresh with beautiful tall ceilings. It's so nice to have beautiful music, the heat is perfect everytime, not too hot but hot enough, the teachers and the classes are great! My new favorite Yoga spot.... more

Fast and effective workout! Super easy to follow for a first timer with super supportive staff. Also easy to modify moves if pregnant! Would highly recommend.. Go get your sweat on at F45 La Jolla!! If you haven't tried Bar Method, you SHOULD! I've been doing The Bar Method for years and it is a fun, challenging workout that never gets boring. My body looks and feels great when I go 4+ times a week, but even when I can only come a couple of times a week I notice improvement to my overall health.... more

One of the most welcoming and knowledgeable yoga studios I've been to. The space itself is gorgeous- incredible view of the Hotel Del, new flooring and an entire mirrored wall. The 90 min original was my favorite class they offered but the Friday night disco pilates should not be missed!.... more
