This review is for OT on a general scale and not this particular club. It can be difficult to reserve a space. Natomas, Midtown, Elk Grove, etc.. were all full. These full classes are occurring more frequently.... more
This location is better than the Natomas Cal Fit.. It's clean and peaceful.... Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. The towels & toiletries are always fully stocked. The employees are all friendly and hard working.... more
We have been members for over ten years as our kids are on the rec swim team. I have been outside since last swim season so I was super surprised how they gave redone the outside area.... more

This is the best gym ever hands down. Talk about getting a burn. Friendliest fitness center I've ever been part of and well maintained machines. With two floors of free weights and machines, there are always new opportunities to keep your workout fresh.... more

Love the Star-Trac machines with the flip switches for selecting weight. Really need to get a second cable machine because the one gets busy.. Walking into this gym feels cramped compared to the wide opened ceilings of the other Calfit locations I've been to, but this gym has recently improved due to the new equipment they installed and friendly staff and trainers.... more
Always friendly and helpful the staff and instructors. And you can easily make new friends with other people in classes!. A little small but has an old school vibe to it which gives it character.... more
