I love the Pilates barre classes here on Fridays with Jessie. She not only has a wonderful positive energy, she is an experienced instructor who always keeps an eye on her students and makes corrections to ensure you work out hard and keep form.
The studio is small, but a great local asset to east Sac. I really like to support local studios--they provide above average service than the larger gyms. I never feel like I'm a customer, rather a member.
They have a variety of classes and do mat Pilates, machine based Pilates and the cardiobarre/Pilates combo I take. You will sweat and leave with a pep in your step I guarantee it!
This is Sacramento's only STOTT PILATES certified studio in Sacramento and just in case you don't know, this is the REAL DEAL. They offer Pilates classes and private Pilates sessions. All of the instructors that I've worked with take their work very seriously and with something as technical as Pilates, THAT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE. I lived in Sacramento for 4 years and I can definitely say that this is THE BEST Sacramento Pilates Studio that I have ever been to. Can't wait to get back for a class or private session!
