As an instructor in training who took the reformer course, I have only good things to say about Dave, the owner of the studio and about his choice of instructors. Wonderful little studio with great atmosphere, and knowledgeable and caring instructors! Wish I lived closer to workout there every day, and work too! As is I drive from Davis, and every time I take a class or observe I learn something new.... more

Great instructors, really nice studio, and tough classes! I tried them via class pass and it took a few classes to get the hang of it, but the tone classes are really challenging, not too long and you definitely see results.... more

I've taken several Pilates classes and I haven't really loved them until I took Katie's class on Friday morning. She was upbeat and positive. I injured my back and she kept on checking in on me to make sure I wasn't in pain and I can could handle the movements.... more
This place is great I went there with absolutely no knowledge of anything and they made me feel at home and was easy to pick up great instructors and the receptionist are way helpful and super nice I would recommend to anyone with pain that they want to get ride of or what ever ur reason these girls are God sent.... more
