With so many yoga studios in Sacramento, it's hard to find one that speaks to you. I finally found mine! From the moment you walk in the door; you're home. The scent, the happy faces, music, and the genuine welcoming vibe that you feel the RAW team makes a HUGE difference. This group loves what they do and it shows! If you want a studio where you'll feel welcome and safe; give RAW a try. And there's tea!
Melodys class was so playful, yet meaningful. The space feels very welcoming of all people and the tea offerings at the accompanying tea house are wonderful. I felt at home as soon as I walked in. And to piggy back off of that melody and Leo were so helpful when I had a mix up enrolling for class! Thank you!
Loving this authentic and grounded yoga studio! The paintings on the walls are moving, I love grabbing a delicious cup of tea after class, and enjoy the spunky music that Melody plays in her Tuesday/Thursday night classes.
I have been away from yoga for quite some time and RAW Yoga made it easy for me to come back. Everyone is welcoming and supportive. For me, that is very important as it can be hard and frustrating coming back to something after not having done it for so long. You have expectations that your body can't meet. The team pays attention and helps you through it. I'm so glad I found this place.
New to yoga but absolutely loving my first month. Their introductory offer of unlimited classes and tea makes it easy to get a feel for the studio and shop. Everyone is extremely welcoming and nonjudgmental. Will be continuing my membership!

Great instructors and schedule
I started going to Padme only a month ago and only had limited experience with yoga previously. I love, love, love yoga at Padme!! Not only did I experience an awesome way to move the body, but I also love the philosophical lessons in each class that bring meaning to my everyday. I also feel so so so supported in the classes. I feel like all the instructors are loving you during your practice, where ever you are in it. That is what makes me WANTING yoga only at Padme. Not to mention the facility is beautiful and always smells so good with the incence burning. I am so grateful and would recommend Padme to anyone, absolutely anyone!
