Best gym in the city! All trainers greet you with a smile and always ready to point out and help you during a work out session. My husband and I both truly enjoyed always changing and fun workouts with a group. Got to know many people and it felt like working out with your friends and getting to laugh a lot.

This place is the place to go for all your fitness goals and needs! Trainers that KNOW how to help you achieve your personal goals. And you do this in a fun, friendly environment. The members encourage you to push harder! They miss you when you're gone. 50 YARDS of turf! They were THE FIRST to have 50 yards of turf. Now 24 hour fitness has their little area with turf.
Kettlebells, dumbbells, sleds, sliders, resistance bands, etc..you name it!
