My husband and I dropped in for the week. We were able to negotiate a reasonable price and had a great experience. The gym is clean and well maintained. The coaches were involved and knowledgeable and the patrons were friendly. Overall a great gym!
Dropping in at ASAP was a highlight of my work trip to Sacramento. It was a tough workout in an awesome space, but it was the people (Dorian & Damian) I'll never forget. I travel almost monthly for work and have been to 20+ different CrossFit gyms and this is by far the best experience I've ever had. Honestly, if you're new to fitness, I can see this being the perfect community to join.
This place is absolutely amazing. People from all workout/training backgrounds would and will have a great time here. The instructors are awesome and help in great detail with the movements you use throughout the class. The over all energy and vibe of the class is dope too. It will push you beyond the limits you set for yourself!

I've been to many affiliates, and have coached at many gyms, but this place is different! Just dropped I to attempt 18.3. Great gym, great atmosphere. Coach Josh was excellent and is a great coach. Definitely going to be dropping in again.

If you are looking for a gym with great people and excellent coaching, this is the place to go. Everybody here is so friendly and the coaches know their stuff. No matter what fitness level you are at, the coaches will make sure you are getting a full workout and everybody here is so nice, so you don't ever feel uncomfortable. ASAP Fitness is the best place in the Sac area!
This small box is the latest addition to ASAP fitness. As a pre-existing member of the previous box I was nervous but I soon learned the old owners placed us in great hands. ASAP coaches are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I can always count on them to correct my form and encourage me to work hard. They really focus on proper form and building a community. I enjoy the environment so much I come 5 days a week and even recently got my Mom to join me. You know they have to be good for me to trust them with my Mom.
