This location is better than the Natomas Cal Fit.. It's clean and peaceful.... Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. The towels & toiletries are always fully stocked. The employees are all friendly and hard working.... more

Love the Star-Trac machines with the flip switches for selecting weight. Really need to get a second cable machine because the one gets busy.. Walking into this gym feels cramped compared to the wide opened ceilings of the other Calfit locations I've been to, but this gym has recently improved due to the new equipment they installed and friendly staff and trainers.... more
