I have been training with David for almost 2 years and he has been great! I have a lot of joint issues (congenital and from injuries) and he has been able to work around all of my limitations to help me gain functionality while still improving my strength. I would recommend him to anyone, no matter your level. Without his guidance, I would definitely be in a much worse place, both in the gym and in my everyday life.

My fit is a dream team of health and fitness educators. Each has an amazing talent whether be athletics, nutrition, recovery or the ability to instill mental fortitude all share an even more invaluable trait. They care they know your name and offer community which is rare in many industries. In short its like the u.a but less villain attacks

The Anytime Fitness gym in Natomas where myFIT is located is excellent. There is plenty of space, great staff and well maintained equipment to get the most out of any type of workout. Best of all the place is spotless and kept very clean!

I started working with Jesse last year. Previously I had done P90X and weight lifting type workouts. I am an avid skier that needed to increase my core and leg strength and reduce pain in my ankles and lower back. All those areas of weakness have improved tremendously in a short period of time by getting personal training from Jesse.

Jesse is not only knowledgeable with the workouts but also using the foam roller and other stretching techniques. His workout routines are unique and different than the traditional weight lifting that most people do in the gym. They incorporate balance, core strength and upper/lower body coordination which is much more effective in my opinion.

I have worked with many different types of trainers over many years based on my athletic background. I would highly recommend Jesse to anyone looking to reach certain goals and get fit.

Jesse is awesome. I was a little hesitant at first because of the cost of the training compared to my gym membership, but Jesse was able to help me accomplish more in 3 months than I was able to accomplish on my own in the gym over the last 5 years! He is a great supporter and more important held me accountable for changes I made in my diet and work outs. Well worth the time and money.

Logan saved my life. I have worked with Logan for over two years and he helped me on so many levels; mentally and physically! He helped me reshape my body with his expertise and was an amazing positive support to me mentally. When I struggled he helped me stay motivated, and he changed my relationship with working out.

When I started working with Logan I was in a bad place physically and mentally. I knew I wanted to make a change but I needed help. He helped me follow through with my lifestyle changes and has been one of the top 3 people in my life that supported me as I improved my well being! He is AMAZING at what he does and I am so grateful for him. I absolutely recommend him 10/10!!!!

Logan is far superior than any other trainer. He is dedicated to providing a personalized program for clients that sets you up for success. He consistently demonstrates extensive knowledge in his field and adjusts my work outs and diet plans to meet my goals. I have been training with Logan for over a year and he has never given me the same program twice. He is dependable, supportive and makes our sessions fun while keeping me engaged. I have never worked out consistently UNTIL I began with Logan and now I feel better than ever about my health. Logan is truly a gem in the personal training world and I would recommend him to anyone who is serious about getting fit.

I joined myFIT/Anytime fitness with one goal in mind, lose weight/get toned! It had been at least 2 years since I worked out (only did cardio) so I was excited to work with a trainer. David L. has me doing exercises I would have never tried at the gym on my own. He takes the time to explain the workouts & makes sure that I have my form right.
He is funny, down to earth & I feel like he always pushes me to give it my best! Thank you David!

I've been working with David Lacayo since March of this year. I'm thrilled to have found him. I've lost 40 pounds and two pant sizes since our first encounter. My balance, strength, endurance, and joint stability have increased exponentially. David is an expert in his trade and I highly recommend him. He's very devoted to his clients and has a dazzling personality so training sessions are never boring.

After shoulder surgery, I was cautious and I didn't want to injure myself by incorrectly using weights or resistance exercises on my own. David at myFIT came highly recommended as a personal trainer and I have to say he has proven to be perfect for me. He's been great at listening to what I want to accomplish. His positive, personable, entertaining nature make training sessions a lot of fun. David's knowledge of exercise physiology has taught me what to do to avoid stress on joints, work knots out of muscles, and eliminate pain. He personalizes training sessions for me, focusing on my abilities and growing strength. Each day is different and never routine or boring. Working out with Logan is one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself. Through the few years I've been training with him, I have seen so much improvement in my physical form and strength and really learned to love myself more by taking great care of my body!

Taking care of your body is a commitment and isn't always easy but Logan has made me LOVE working out. He's super supportive and always works around my schedule. I have since moved to Austin, TX but I make trips back to Sacramento, CA JUST to visit my old home gym and get in a few sessions with Logan. He's been putting together routines for me and is still just as supportive of my progress even from 1,700 miles away. I would HIGHLY recommend his training services to anyone, it's really changed my life! Thanks, Logan!
