I Have had nothing but wonderful positive and empowering experiences at Legacy! They know how to push you while also helping you learn proper technique and form. I am really looking forward to learning more! Every class i've went to has had really incredible coaches and the staff make me feel so welcome. Would def recommend trying this place out if you are looking for a high quality work out, some self defense moves, or to learn about Muay Thai or Lao culture.
I showed up here today to ask some questions. Happened to be as the class I was asking about was starting and they let me do a trial. People were amazing made me feel comfortable saying it was my first time doing anything like this. Definitely will be back as a member and looking forward to every moment of it.
Worth every penny and better than going to those typical fitness. It is not about Muay Thai but staying shape and being healthy. People are extremely friends and make you feel like a family. Definitely should try the gym. - current member
The owners treat everyone like family. Super friendly environment with killer workouts. Trainers know what they're doing and do their best to help you become a better you. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Legacy Muay Thai is one of the best places to learn martial arts. The gym is setup perfectly with plenty of mat space, great training equipment, and even has a ring for those wanting to take things to the next level. I have a lot of respect for Michael Taylor the owner who works tirelessly to provide an environment for all to meet there goals.
What a great gym. From when you walk in the door and are greeted by Mike or Keo, they make you feel like family. The coaches are very knowledgeable. They have a few different classes available that range from advanced Muay Thai all the way to beginners fitness. And all are killer workouts. The coaches keep the classes fun and interesting and best of all you feel like family while your doing it!!
