Worked with Daniel Correa as my personal trainer. He was able to show me new work outs and keep me at a pace that was able to keep me going for two hours. Great gym and has a lot of different tools you can use to exercise. Highly recommend it.
I've been going to Sac Eco Fitness for about two years, and I love it! The group classes will kick your butt, and personal trainers know how to customize workouts to meet you where you are while still pushing you to reach your fitness goals. It's a small gym, so the other members and trainers have become like a family to me. I'm really glad that I found this place when I moved to Sacramento!
I love Sacramento Eco Fitness. the staff is awesome and make you feel welcome and valued. They accept you at whatever fitness level you may be at and help to you to find the place you want to be with your fitness. I always feel encouraged and never shamed for my personal fitness level. They are awesome and I feel like I belong to a village.

Love love love the quality trainers they have here (shoutout to Jose, Brandon, and Mac!!). They emphasize proper technique above all for the long term safety of your body, keeping a watchful eye for common mistakes; always positive, energetic, and motivating to ensure you're meeting your training goals. Wide spectrum of fitness levels from just getting back into fitness to body sculpting, everyone is so friendly and encouraging.
Couple that with their truly unique emphasis on sustainability making this gym a no brainer for everyone in the downtown/midtown Sacramento area... I commute all the way from Rancho Cordova for this place.
