Great gym, really nice employees!.Hit or miss with some of the front desk staff. Some are super friendly and others woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Bathrooms and locker room could use some continuous deep cleaning and fresh scent.... more
An employee named Stephanie knights stole my phone to extort money from me. This is a bad gym, there were countless bad reviews about this place but my case is completely unique. This woman took me in as a private client to train me at total woman.... more
Please be careful before signing up. The take money out of credit card for no reason. There is no one responsible for any charges and no one will give you straight answer. They just keep passing you around to other employees.... more
IT IS CLOSED. I WENT THERE EARLY THIS MORNING AND THERE WAS A NOTE ON THE DOOR SAYING THAT IT WAS CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY..Sadly had to change my rating because they changed there childcare without any notice to parents.... more
I love it when this gym, after they steal your money because you have to pay to cancel even if your contract is up, CALL you months later asking you to come BACK for their promotion.... more
Very disappointed in how they're handling sign up for classes. Total dishonesty . I've talked to manager on this and no action has been taken..I am a long time member of this gym. It changed hands several times and each time the service is slowly going bad.... more
This gym was good one year ago. But recently the owner wants to attract more members so they gave some promotions on monthly membership fee. Now the gym's group classes are always crowded and you can not even find a spot on the yoga class.... more
