Love this workout place only for woman. They offer everything classes and machines. The zumba and yoga is great.
The manager Selin is incompetent and rude.

I join this gym with the purpose of finding a nice environment. The front desk staff is super nice but the management really needs Improvement. I had three different encounters where my account needed special attention and each time they failed to provide that. And when you're spending this much money for this kind of gym you expect a little more from the staff who runs it

As soon as you walk in you feel very unwelcome I've been to the location in studio city and northdrige and the staff is always friendly. I come here on my day off because it's closer to home but I regret it every time . What is wrong with the staff in the front ! They say hello as they roll their eyes at you as if they are force to do so hate it here never coming back .

I love this place! Trish, Arvis, Cheraye, Jessica, Maddie... wonderful instructors and wonderful ladies to take classes with! Yes, the classes are filling up, but that's because this place makes you feel VALUED as well as STRONG, so women flock to TW!
My only request... could you open a half-hour earlier for us early birds??
Kinda pricey, snooty valencia people, small, but very clean!
It has changed over last couple of years. The classes have become too crowded. For some classes you have to arrive 15 minutes in advance to get in the class. When you do get in a class, it is too crowded for the room. There are too few masseuses and you have to make an appointment so far in advance.
Child care is great/inexpensive. I wish they offered it during Friday and Sunday nights. Love the kickboxing class and steam room!
