You never can relax in the spa room, because everybody using their cell phones out loud. It's very annoying.
So, you pay money to get nervous instead of relaxing.
Manager returned my call to make sure I am a satisfied member. Parking is easy to find at the Glendale location.
This one star review is for the quality of customer service, building maintenance, and hidden fees charged on my credit card statement as a member. At first glance, it's easy to be swayed by the Total Woman Glendale with its modern gym and spa. But after being a member for less than a year, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANY WOMAN OR POTENTIAL CUSTOMER. Total Woman will charge your credit card with additional fees not mentioned during time of sign up and will increase your monthly membership fee at any given notice. I was promised that my rate would last for year, then Total Woman Glendale started to raise my rate within the first 6 months of membership. The women at the front desk continue to exercise poor customer service, and my experience with Jasmine in particular has not been so great. Just to get an e-mail confirmation related to my account from any representative there is like pulling their hair out from the roots. In addition to the hidden fees and poor customer service, the spa area always seems to be "under construction" for maintenance and servicing. If you sign up, be prepared to not have access to the steam room, sauna room, or jacuzzi for a period of time. I was contemplating about renewing my membership with Total Woman Glendale after taking a break, but after experiencing their poor customer service, everything came back to me and I remembered why I left. LADIES, BEWARE. If you're going to invest big money in gym and spa membership, you're better off going to the Equinox in Glendale, or an actual spa.
TERRIBLE customer service, the manager does not know how to treat the workers at all and when asked a question regarding account error or appointments she refused to answer and ignored then walked away. Ever since they switched companies they went from bad to worse.

the worst gym to join, very bad customer service. at first they will do anything to get your money and membership after that they won't even pick up the phone on you. When I joint they said to pay up front for full year but I could cancel anytime I want now I want to cancel they say I can't cancel. Stay away from this place there are other better places in area

I like this all women's gym. They have good equipment, a nice spa, and clean facilities. Their classes are okay, but I wish they had more classes for people like me who need a bit of a slower pace. I like their gentle yoga and stretch class but all the other classes are a definitely not geared to beginners or women with disabilities.

I just joined and I ask myself why I didn't join sooner. I really enjoy being around only women. The bonus of a spa included in the price with the usage of a Jacuzzi is appreciated. The place does get busy during prime time so I avoid those times. I wish it were cleaner.

ZERO stars! Go to Equinox down the street!!! This place is very small. There's never any room to do your free style workouts. Personal trainers are always in the way taking a lot of space. The staff is fairly nice, but the General Manager Nancy is extremely rude. She approaches the customers with no smile and speaks to them as if she's their boss. She does not provide service, she treats you as if you work for HER! Nasty attitude every time I've run into her.
I had a wax appointment and asked ahead of time if there is anything I need to know before coming. they said no and kept telling me if you dont show up will be charge $25. when I got in i got charge for the full waxing and tipped out but incomplete. the lady who did my waxing was nice and friendly but theyhey told me your hair is too short to do the whole waxing they should have told me prior to the app to grow out my hair. also app was supposed to be 15 to 30 min took 45 min for half of the work!

Joined this gym roughly a month ago. Staff are always so nice and courteous. I love that its a women's only gym and spa. Equipment is always clean and operative. Very happy I joined.
