Great experience each time. Member for over 11 years... The only complaint is that it used to be a members only by referral club. Now they let anyone in with a credit card in. Defeats the point of getting away from average Joe's.... more

The LA fitness gym is great, but the Smoothie Cafe is an absolute joke. When they are open there is never anyone here. The employees are always either on break or just straight up not here.... more
The company is awful. I have tried for 8 months to cancel my membership. No one ever calls back. No email or text rest. This place is ridiculous. They are not accommodating or in any way helpful.... more
The equipment is updated and clean and the staff is mostly friendly and helpful. This is a much nicer and better laid out gym than before the renovation.. Clean! Infrared sauna! Waiting for better classes.... more
