My son loves the place , the mestres and the classes.. I pushed off learning Capoeira for years! Worse decision of my life. This is more than a Martial Arts class, they are a family! Calm setting, smaller classes, and good quality yoga instructors. I have access to free yoga classes at my gym, but I still choose to come here instead. There is a wide variety of classes as well, which I live because I like to change things up from time to time.... more

I had the pleasure of taking my volleyball team for a 2 hour class with Pavel, Justin, and a younger male the girls just referred to as "hot guy" the entire class. They are all 15-17 years old and told me how bad of an idea it was for team bonding prior to us going.... more

Full Circle Yoga is awesome, they have a great variety of classes and friendly instructors. You can take the same class many times and still learn new poses. It is well suited for any level and the pass saves you money if you go frequently.... more
