Calm setting, smaller classes, and good quality yoga instructors. I have access to free yoga classes at my gym, but I still choose to come here instead. There is a wide variety of classes as well, which I live because I like to change things up from time to time.... more

Great gym. Have a ton of equipment, rogue power/deadlift bars and rogue plates. Unique machines, perfect if traveling which I was.. The system works and the people are great!!! You just have to be willing to do the work!... more

Recently joined great staff, clean atmosphere and a pleasant place to work out best time is 5 am after 7 traffic starts but overall good place. This is the cleanest and most well stocked gym of which I have ever been a member.... more
