Calm setting, smaller classes, and good quality yoga instructors. I have access to free yoga classes at my gym, but I still choose to come here instead. There is a wide variety of classes as well, which I live because I like to change things up from time to time.... more

do you ever have open gyms for adults?. I had the best experience with my 6 years old daughter , unfortunately we have to move to different state , Casey helped us a lot through all our lessons at the metro gymnastic she always answered my questions patiently and always provided me with all the information I needed Thank you Casey , I definitely highly recommend this gymnastic and ask for Casey she will definitely help you... more
